| Our health visitor offers health advice and support, mainly to families with young children. This includes help with parenting and behaviour management and also support to women with Post Natal Depression. Our Health Visitor is based at Rowan Park and can be contacted by telephone on 0141 531 8410. Community Link Practitioner

As a Link Worker, I help people in the Practice manage issues that negatively impact their health and wellbeing. Link Workers work with anybody, of any age, experiencing any issue. I help link people in with the many community organisations and groups that offer advice and support, or directly provide one-to-one support to manage housing and benefit issues for example. I am also able to lend a listening ear if needed, all depending on the type of support that you want.
